Artemis was rescued from a wood pile in Fairfield.  Her foster family describes her as very lovable and mischievous. Artemis is a lap kittie and loves attention and is very gentle.   Her name is very suits her. Artemis was goddess of wild animals and protector of children.

Artemis is the most loving and caring kitten you will ever find. When she was found she was in a very bad shape. You could count her ribs, she was coughing and sneezing non-stop. Her eyes couldn't see. And look at her now! There is no better place for her than your hands or lap. She will purr  and enjoy time with you. She is taking care of her siblings and will not start eating until everyone is full. She is a big sister that watches over everyone. 

Artemis and her siblings get sniffed and licked by their foster dog and have no fear or issues with the foster family's cat.

Good with Cats, Playful, Intelligent, Gentle

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
