Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

Kahlila was found in a feral colony and her ear was tipped when she was spayed. But her rescuer determined she was friendly and likely dumped. She's a beautiful girl and loves to run with her fluffy tail outstretched. Kahlila prefers to have one bestie, a calm male would be best. She doesn't care for active kittens who chase and bully her but she is also tolerant of dogs. She just needs time, patience and a clam environment to allow her playful personality to bloom. Her favorite place is in the garden on a sunny day, chasing butterflies and smelling the fresh air. She is not trusting of people and will run if you try to pick her up, but she does prefer to be around people, in a home with lots of high spots where she can watch the activities of the day, She is NOT and outdoor cat. With time, she just might tolerate some pets. 

She is spayed and current on vaccines. She uses the litter box, eats dry kibble and fresh water and has been a house cat since she was rescued. 

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
