Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

Meet Maisie!  She is a gorgeous, long haired,, one year old dilute tortie.

Less than 24 hours after coming into our rescue, she had six beautiful babies.

Maisie was rescued from an remote industrial area in Turlock.

Maisie is the sweetest and most loving cat.  She is a great and attentive mommy.  Maisie is super friendly and easy going.  She goes nose to nose with the two 120 lb dogs in her foster home and will even walk under them.  She gets along with other cats and would do great in almost any home.

Maisie does not have a shy bone in her body and makes herself at home instantly.

You are able to hold and cuddle Maisie but she does become overstimulated.  She will think you are playing after awhile and will wrap her paws around you, rabbit kick and bite.  It is all in play but it can still hurt since she a big kitty.  With this being said, I would not recommend her with very small children.  Although, we can tell you that she is fostered in a home with a 1-1/2 year old baby and has never played attack her.  She allows that baby to pet her and touch her without any response.  It will be best to direct her play using a laser light or a feather wand.

Maisie is a wonderful cat, very easy going and will make a great companion.

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
