Meelo is coming into our rescue today. He is a Khao Manee. Meelo is consider a "reject" by breeding standards due to his eye colors and being polydactyl. Due to this defect, he was neutered and was taken in by a family. We have attached a picture that was sent to us about his breed.
 
Meelo is super friendly. He loves to be pet but does not like to be held. He is a talker and he will make chirp sounds. Meelo is very playful and gets into mischief with other cats.
 
Meelo has to be an indoor only cat as he is prone to cancer due to his coloring. His only bad habit that will need some behavior modification put into place is he likes to steal human food.
 
Meelo is available for adoption. He has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated and micro chip. Unsure if he was ever FeLV/FIV tested.

Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
