Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

"Rudy was a block away from my house. I noticed him while driving my car.I was about 2 blocks away. I stopped and said, " Hey, you must be the new kid on the block". Next thing I know a day later Rudy was at my front door. A neighbor wanted to keep Rudy but at the last minute she was called about a kitten that was available. She still wanted Rudy (this neighbor originally named him Ruby until she found out Ruby was a male. So I started calling him Rudy. Unfortunately this neighbor had a territorial cat that fought Rudy so that situation didn't work out. "

"Personality wise--this is the most lovable in-door cat, i.e., loves attention, loves to play, very friendly and use to being around dogs. Unfortunately, I can't keep him due to my dog that has heart disease. Rudy is definitely an in-door cat and shows up on time to eat, play and just to get a hug. He appears to love everyone. Rudy is a special gift for a person or family wanting a loveable cat. Sometimes I think he's more than a cat because he's so smart. He understands commands, i.e., "No, no", stay, Rudy come here, etc."

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
