Adoption Fees

$200 for kittens up to one year
$160 for cats over one year

All cats have been:

-  Spayed/neutered
-  FVRCP vaccinated
-  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults)
-  Dewormed
-  Flea treated
-  Microchipped

Yellowstone has spunk! He is very independent and really wants to be an indoor/outdoor cat. He even uses the doggy door! He does not like other animals at first and would probably prefer to be an only pet. He is used to being in a home with multiple pets-and he tolerates the others at this point, but it took him a while to warm up. He may hiss at first, in new environments and around other cats, especially. He likes to play with string, climb as high as he can, and run around the house at lightning speed. As an older kitten, he would be a great companion for single person or a couple who wants occasional entertainment. He does not like to be forced to stay in one place. He will be your best friend if you give him treats when he meows for them. And he will definitely let you know when he is hungry! He will also snuggle at your feet if you let him come to you on his own terms. He has beautiful markings and a short tail. (About 6 inches). Please give this little guy a chance to be your new room-mate. He likes to watch for intruders from the alpha perch on our couch. Maybe he is waiting to be your personal security patrol!?!

Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato.

Because all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats come to adoptions every weekend. If you are interested in a specific kitty, please contact us to make sure he/she will available for you to meet at catinfo@catalesrescue.org
