Fred is a big lovable kitty cat.  He thinks he's a big baby and loves to sit on your lap.  He will sit with you for hours.  His owner had to move out of the country and the stress of the long plane ride would stress poor Fred out too bad the vet said.  She was very sad she couldn't take him. Fred is a wonderful cat with a great personality.  He plays, he minds and he knows his name.  He gets along well with other cats, dogs, and people.  He just doesn't like to be in the cages at adoptions, but who would?  He would rather be on your lap and have his head scratched.  His adoption fee is just 30.00.
